Passkey is in real time, allowing you to monitor your current pick-up, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. In addition to the traditional methods of making hotel reservations, delegates now have the convenient option of booking their rooms on-line. Acknowledgements of reservations processed by Passkey are automatically generated. They are immediately sent to an e-mail address or fax number if provided, or will be mailed the next business day.
