Rachael Lankford is the Calendar Editor for Sacramento’s online event website, Sacramento365.com, the year-round source for Sacramento events. Rachael serves as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and feedback regarding the Sacramento365, manages its content and provides technical support to its users. Under the direction of the SCVB’s VP of Marketing, she is also responsible for marketing and promoting the calendar to both visitors and residents. Her goal is to establish a reputation for Sacramento365.com which supersedes any other event calendar in the area in representation & support of Sacramento arts, culture and recreational events. Sacramento365.com proves to be a great resource for the SCVB in demonstrating the growth and development of the city into a more metropolitan destination brimming with diversity and activity.
Rachael has a BA in Business Administration (Finance) from Sacramento State and over twelve years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry. Her most recent employers include the Selland Family of restaurants and SRO Inc., both of which proved to be excellent opportunities for her to develop relationships with a diverse network of individuals.
Rachael’s passion for people thrives in this great city and is reflected in her work with the SCVB. Outside of work, Rachael loves to travel wherever and whenever the opportunity arises and enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves spending time with her family and friends which is sure to include good food, good wine and good conversation.
